Cora's Room

I know Cora for a while. She is a dancer and not only does she invent performances and pieces for her collective, she also designs and sews the costumes. This combination made me curious. Would she dare to be in front of my camera? I asked her but she was not too confident to make a good model. I am glad she gave it a try. Look at her! 

One afternoon of late summer we met at her apartment. We had no plan or whatsoever. Not even clothes because they were borrowed to other performers. So we decided some colors. Red goes well with the green of her wall. And later a classic (?) yellow-blue combination. Her room was so small, I had to kneel on her bed in order to capture this beautiful wall with the paintings of saints and flowers. We then continued to the sunny balcony and later to river Spree.
